How long have NSA been operating?
A Long Time! We were established in 1990.
Where does NSA operate from?
We originally set up in Miami, USA. We now operate from USA, UK and our Caribbean Office is located in Port of Spain, Trinidad. We will deliver pretty much to anywhere on the globe and are currently doing business with over 40 countries.
How come you have so many products ?
We do not produce all these items ourselves !! ( We have a database of over 1 million items). We work with a network of the best suppliers and factories in the industry, ensuring you get the best choices available, superb value for money and guaranteed quality.
How do you get such low pricing?
We belong to an industry-wide group called ASI. This enables us to secure excellent pricing with all the leading suppliers out there.
What are typical lead times?
The answer is - it depends. We have delivered items in under a week - but that is unbranded stock that was available in the warehouse. If you are ordering branded items from the Orient, we usually say allow 60 days for production and a month to sea freight (of course, you can air freight also) - and that is from receipt of PO and approved artwork.
What sets you apart from other Promotional Product Suppliers?

What are minimum order level requirements?
Again, it depends; we will always try and accommodate the smaller orders. Certain lines have fixed minimum order levels. And no order is too big !
How should we supply our artwork?
Most factories work with EPS (Vector) format. So get your art department to prepare your logo / Brand Image in eps. We prefer to send item pictures to customers as j-pegs - almost everybody can read these! Plus we will usually send you a virtual proof for you to approve (or an actual pre-production sample) before we run full production.
Can you send me samples?
Yes, we can. As part of the NSA's service, we will always try and provide either a picture or a physical sample of the item you wish to order. In most cases we can provide a sample FOC - we just ask you to pay for the shipping, so get your fedex no. handy !
